In this role, you'll support enterprise clients by resolving tier 3 support requests and managing endpoint fleets efficiently. Your expertise in application packaging, Intune, and compliance management will be essential as you proactively monitor device health. Collaborating closely with your team, you will also be responsible for creating and testing Group Policy Objects that enhance organization-wide solutions.
