Senior Designer Footwear, adidas Originals Creation Center Tokyo

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

In alignment with the global brand creative vision, this role creates and drives footwear product expression for Originals, Basketball, and Partnerships with a focus on Japan and South Korea. Working with agility to respond to market trends and consumer insights, the role collaborates closely with the cross‑category Design team and cross‑functional Product Creation teams to deliver relevant and innovative product concepts, lead the design of global / local footwear collaboration projects with local partners, and drive market‑specific initiatives for adidas Originals.
