• Lead end-to-end creative direction for all brand and corporate collateral, including visual aids, leave-behind literature (LBLs), detailing aids, brochures, and product monographs for the field force.
• Own the visual identity and brand guidelines across all therapy divisions, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and in-clinic materials.
• Design and oversee creation of digital assets — social media creatives, e-detailing content, webinars, and CME presentation decks.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all promotional and packaging artwork complies with the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices (UCPMP) and applicable Drugs & Cosmetics Act provisions.
• Provide creative input on primary and secondary packaging, cartons, and labels in coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.
