As a Senior Designer , you will be responsible for design development, design coordination and documentation. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client’s team and other relevant parties.
Requirements:- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in concept and design development;
- Experience in large scale & mixed use will be an advantage;
- Experience of working in international markets will be an advantage;
- Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign);
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will be an advantage;
- Other professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
