About the role
PandaDoc is hiring a Senior Design Engineer to sit at the intersection of design and engineering in the Growth track. Our product designers use Cursor and Claude every day to explore flows, prototype interactions and pressure‑test ideas. We need someone who can take those explorations from working prototype to production‑grade React in days, not sprints, and in doing so change how Growth decides what to build.
