Senior Process Architect (Supply Chain Center of Excellence)

Nextpower is building a scalable supply chain management system to improve customer reliability, simplify and standardize ways of working, and strengthen process‑ and data‑driven decision making while staying agile through major changes, including ERP transformation and M&A; expansions.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end supply chain processes across Plan / Source / Deliver and key interfaces, making handoffs, decision points, constraints, and ownership explicit while improving simplicity and repeatability.
• Define and maintain scalable process standards, including frameworks, SOPs, decision rights, escalation paths, risk mitigation strategies and KPIs.
• Establish improvement or innovation objectives and priorities with stakeholders based on data‑driven ROI, operational impact, risk, and business objectives.
