At Bacardi, Demand Planning is at the core of our transformation toward a data-driven, insight-led Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model. As a Senior Demand Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust statistical baseline forecast, while translating data into actionable insights that support key business decisions. You will operate at the intersection of data, business understanding, and cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain globally.

• Statistical Forecasting & Baseline Ownership: Develop, manage, and continuously improve the statistical baseline forecast using historical data, market insights, and advanced tools (e.g., SAP IBP).
