Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly IBP Demand Review for assigned scope, ensuring a time-phased, assumption-based consensus demand plan and clear action log outcomes.
- Develop and publish operational demand forecasts (baseline and consensus) at multiple levels of aggregation and for multiple time horizons (short-, mid-, and long-range).
- Review historical sales, seasonality, and demand drivers; build and refine statistical forecast models; evaluate performance using accuracy and bias metrics and root-cause analysis.
- Business partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Insights to quantify demand drivers (distribution, price, promotion, innovation, portfolio changes) and align inclusion in the forecast.
- Prepare Executive Demand Review materials and narratives that highlight variances vs. plan/budget, key drivers, risks/opportunities, and scenario trade-offs; frame decision asks for leadership.
