Overview

Planet is a global provider of integrated technology and payments solutions for retail and hospitality customers. The role is within America’s Solution Delivery team, responsible for delivering payment solutions to key partners, merchants, banks and cards.

Responsibilities Excellent technical grasp of payments and the ability to connect the dots on complex projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to rollout, ensuring progress is tracked. Excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external. Manage a team of project managers in the region to mentor, share knowledge and support through project delivery within Planet. Understand and follow all aspects within the project lifecycle (planning, risk analysis, milestones, stakeholder management, etc.). Compile Project Initiation Documents.
