The Account Representative is responsible for driving growth within Tyler’s existing Municipal Justice client base by promoting software solutions and services that strengthen court operations. This role focuses on expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
The Manager of Software Engineering will manage a team of developers and will be responsible for providing ongoing, direct supervision to team members’ individual performance as well as performing annual staff reviews. Will also be responsible for developing the technical aptitude of the development team by providing hands‑on coaching and mentoring.
