Senior Deal Desk & Commissions Leader

Backblaze is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commissions and Order Operations to own the deal desk process and ensure accurate commission calculations. The role requires 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations and proven deal desk experience.

The candidate will work in a collaborative environment managing approval workflows, commission distributions, and cross-functional relationships with Sales and Finance.
