Senior Databricks Data Engineer - Remote Lakehouse Platform

TechShack is seeking a Senior Databricks Data Engineer to join a global media and entertainment client on a fully remote 12-24 month contract. You will build and optimise pipelines processing billions of events daily within a modern Databricks Lakehouse on the cloud.

The role emphasizes hands-on data engineering, Delta Lake or Iceberg, Kafka ecosystems, and strong Python/SQL skills, plus CI/CD, observability, and data governance to ensure scalable and reliable data workflows.
