Senior Database Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Database Engineer to join our Platform Engineeringteam within our Winnipeg Office OR Remote. You’ll take ownership of the performance, reliability, and scalability of our PostgreSQL estate on AWS. You’ll be a part of an empowered engineering function, partnering closely with DevOps, Release Engineering, and customer‑facing product development teams to keep our platform fast, resilient, and ready for scale. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role. You’ll dive deep into PostgreSQL internals, solve complex performance issues in production, build observability into the heart of our data platform, and drive best practices across the organization. You’ll enable teams to ship safely, sustainably, and with confidence.
