ncrementality Modeling We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Machine Learning, Causal Analytics, and Commercial Analytics to support driver analysis for innovation incrementality.
Key Requirements:
Good experience in Data Science and Advanced Analytics.
Hands-on experience in sales incrementality, cannibalization analysis, marketing mix modeling, causal inference, and driver analysis.
Strong expertise in ML techniques such as regression, tree-based models, ensemble methods, and explainability frameworks (SHAP, feature importance, etc.).
Experience identifying key factors impacting business KPIs and quantifying their contribution.
Exposure to CPG/FMCG domain preferred, especially categories such as beverages, snacks, or consumer goods.
Ability to work with large retail/POS datasets and derive actionable business insights.
