Position Summary

The Senior Data Scientist designs, builds, and deploys machine learning and agentic AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role partners with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into scalable data products, leveraging modern ML techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP/LLMs, forecasting, and optimization) and agentic patterns (tool use, planning, multi‑step reasoning, and workflow orchestration). The Senior Data Scientist is accountable for end‑to‑end model development—from data exploration and feature engineering to evaluation, productionisation, monitoring, and continuous improvement—while ensuring responsible, secure, and reliable AI practices.
