Overview
Lead and drive the execution and continuous improvement of the data governance program across the Canada segment, including operating model, policies, standards, KPIs, and governance processes. Oversee core governance capabilities such as data catalog and metadata management, data quality management, data access controls, Data Share Requests (DSR), and access audits and monitoring (e.g., DA Dashboard). Own and lead business-as-usual (BAU) data governance activities, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and timely resolution of data governance issues. Translate Global Data Governance strategies and KPIs into actionable plans for Canada; monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements. Act as a trusted advisor to Data Owners, Data Stewards, Delegates, and business and technology stakeholders on governance best practices, policies, and tooling.
