Senior Data-Driven Manufacturing Trainer

Sandisk is looking for a skilled Learning & Development professional based in Malaysia to design and deliver training programs for manufacturing operations. You will manage LMS, develop curriculum, and align training with production goals to support continuous improvement and SOP governance.

The role requires strong instructional design, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing leaders.
