Senior Data Center Cost Manager: Lead Planning & VE

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to drive cost management on complex projects in Madrid, acting as the day-to-day interface with clients to achieve excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include cost planning, procurement, post-contract cost control, and value engineering while leading cost management activities on medium to large projects. A strong background in data center, pharma, or oil & gas sectors is preferred.
