Senior Data Center Contracts & Compliance Counsel

Bitdeer, a world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, is seeking an experienced in-house Legal Counsel in Singapore.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements for data centers across Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia, advising on regulatory risks and commercial objectives.

The role requires 8+ years of post-qualification experience and a strong track record in complex negotiations within tech infrastructure.
