Senior Data Associate
The Senior Data Associate is responsible for the CRUD’s (create, read, update, delete) execution of SKUs, remanufacturing transaction configurations, and other master data elements handled by the Master Data Management (MDM) team. This role is also responsible for creating process documentation and leading Master Data Management’s activities needed for company initiatives. Critical to this role is the data quality assurance and accuracy on Asurion’s existing enterprise tools.
- Enter accurate data within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) and requirements.
- Respond to inquiries on Master Data Management processes.
- Receive status or errors related to setup updates and misconfigurations and address them in a timely manner.
- Consult process experts in resolving concerns beyond one's competencies.
