  • Building and maintaining dashboards with complex and sensitive datasets (e.g., salary data)
• Perform analytical deep dives.
• Use Python for applied analysis.
• Take a business question and drive it to insights and outcomes.
• Be results‑oriented with a track record of drawing meaningful conclusions from data.
• Have basic statistics knowledge (approx. 10% of workload).
• Own data cleaning responsibilities.
• Be familiar with Snowflake or BigQuery.
