Key Accountabilities
Among others, you will:
- Work with the team and business stakeholders to identify requirements, define models, and kickstart new analytics initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex, scalable data models with SQL and Python within our enterprise data platform.
- Have deep knowledge of datasets within the data platform, serving as subject matter expert for data availability, lineage, and quality. Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding data assets and usage.
- Select and apply the appropriate analytical methodologies and data modeling techniques to address specific business needs.
- Leverage creative solutions, analytics, and visualization/ reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and drive actionable insights that deliver ROI.
- Champion, promote, and practice data modeling best practices, code quality, and documentation.
- Works with limited oversight of the technical leader.
