Senior Cyber Security Network Analyst (Global Security)

Opportunity

As a Senior Network Security Analyst, you will support leadership and utilize organizational change management practices to support business‑as‑usual activities, collaborate with teams to meet objectives, and implement changes to increase agility and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day‑to‑day fulfillment of firewall requests globally.
• Responsible for deployment and life‑cycle maintenance of site‑to‑site VPN/Firewall network platform.
• Responding to network security events and incident escalations from the Service Desk, internal/external clients, and business partners.
• Work closely with DevOps/Automation teams to identify opportunities for automation, provide technical requirements and validate functionality before production.
• Perform root cause analysis with vendor engineers and escalation teams for major incidents and recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
