Job Description
Preparation-Phase:
- Aligns the scope of activities with the stakeholders (Process Experts, Migration Team, Plants responsible).
- Assigns tasks responsible, collect additional input from stakeholders.
- Plans the Cutover- and Communication Process.
- Prepares tools for Status Tracking (e.g. Tool FlowWright, MS Projects, or any tools that will be used for the project). Documentation of cutover activities from preparation to post execution phase.
Migration Execution:
- Executes and validates cutover activities for each migration cycle
- Coordinates migration activities
- Conducts regular status calls
- Tracks cutover progress
- Prepares regular reporting
- Constant improvement of cutover plan
Post Execution:
- Checks Cutover Plan and make improvements for next iteration (assignment of tasks, task descriptions, dependenci...
