Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customers to build relationships and drive account growth
- Deliver timely, professional responses to customer inquiries
- Help customers navigate platform usage and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Surface customer feedback to product teams to shape improvements
- Support the Customer Success Team with administrative and operational work
- Lead and contribute to Customer Success projects to improve processes and engagement
