Senior Customer Success Lead, Payments & Security

Mastercard is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Customer Success in Santiago to drive engagement, retention and value realization for strategic clients in the region. You will partner with cross‑functional teams across Network Services, Sales, Product and Support to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes.

In this role you’ll analyze customer data, identify opportunities, and help mature our Services offerings, ensuring risk, security and product value are aligned with client goals.
