Senior Customer Service Team Lead — Elevate VIP Experiences

Nuitée in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to guide and develop our growing Customer Service operation. You’ll lead a team of representatives and supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and ensure an outstanding experience for VIP clients with bookings and changes.

The role requires at least 4 years in customer service with 3 in leadership, strong English communication, and a hands-on, collaborative approach to align with global operations from your local office.
