Senior Customer Service Representative

My client in the motor industry is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for their workshop department, based onsite in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have experience in both the motor and customer service industries. Job Purpose: Act as the main customer contact, delivering high service standards and ensuring accurate, timely communication throughout the service process while managing expectations.
