Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through voice, chat, and email channels. Assist customers with healthcare-related queries such as claims, policies, benefits, and service requests. Support electronic retail customers with order tracking, product information, returns, exchanges, warranty-related concerns, and troubleshooting guidance. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
