Senior Customer Business Partner
Position purpose: The Customer Business Partner is responsible for designating and driving agreed supply service level performance, effective customer‑centric decision‑making, and end‑to‑end oversight of S&OP planning in the market while ensuring financial, regulatory and quality compliance. The candidate must possess strong customer/stakeholder relationship management and broad business, financial acumen and commercial expertise.

Key tasks
- Take customer‑centric decisions based on trade‑off analysis (e.g. allocation management, logistics execution) to meet agreed service levels in alignment with Commercial/Customer Fulfillment Champion.
- Channel and follow through JVC customer feedback into PS functions (act like a champion within PS), actively pursue external data points for further value creation.
- Interface with local Commercial, Finance, Product Squads, Regulator...
