Senior CSV Lead - GMP Systems, Pharma TechOps

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a Validation Lead in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to ensure the digital systems supporting Pharma Technical Development meet quality and compliance standards. You will lead Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an audit-ready state.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in IT and software validation within regulated industries, strong regulatory knowledge, and an ability to work independently across multiple systems.
