Senior CRM & Panel App Production Support Engineer

Ibope is seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to support and stabilize our CRM and Panel Member App ecosystem. This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a multinational operational environment, working closely with internal teams and systems integrators.

Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 technical support, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure production stability. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience, preferably in production support roles, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
