Senior Credit Policy & Risk Analytics Lead

Mashreq Bank is seeking a Senior Manager for Credit Policy (Mashreq Global Network) in the UAE. The role leads policy development for lending/financing products, defines risk criteria, and drives portfolio quality and growth through underwriting collaboration and data-driven policy action.

The candidate should have 8–10 years in banking/credit risk analytics, expertise in statistical modeling, and strong Python/R/SAS/SQL skills, with data viz experience using Power BI or Tableau.
