Role: Senior Credit Documentation Officer
Location: Dubai
Role Purpose:
The position acts as the last filter in the limit approval process where the exposures undertaken by the Bank of its customers are being reviewed and scrutinized for its adequacy /correctness in terms of approvals, adherence to Credit policies laid down in the Credit Policy, Product Manuals and department SOP’s, compliance to documentation standards in terms of security and facility agreements. To ensure that Bank is always protected with appropriate source documents, legally enforceable charge documentation / securities, duly assigned insurance policies and adequate underlying value of securities prior to feeding limits and are effectively controlled and monitored through a follow up system for routine actions.
