Job Profile - Implement risk management processes at the ground level for the construction finance business, gaining a thorough understanding of the project and developer and preparing a credit memo to assess the project viability and proposal structure as per ABHFL risk parameters and customer requirements. Key activities are analysis of project viability, assessment of market information and developer financials.
Work Experience – 1 to 2 years – General experience in real estate preferred – background in technical, syndication/consultant experience can be reviewed/shortlisted.
