Ayers Rock Resort is seeking an experienced Senior Counsellor to join its on-site Social & Emotional Wellbeing team, supporting staff and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainees living and working at the resort.
This role suits a confident, grounded practitioner who brings strong clinical judgement, cultural capability and the ability to work effectively in a real-world, remote context.
The Senior Counsellor works closely with the General Manager Wellbeing, contributing to a clinically governed, culturally responsive wellbeing system that supports workforce safety, stability and retention, including the National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA) residential program.
