Senior Counsel: Securities Finance & Collateral

Swiss Re is seeking a Legal Counsel for Securities Finance and Collateral to join their dynamic Capital Markets Legal function in Zurich. This role involves advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters, providing expert legal counsel to various Business Units, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a law degree and at least 8 years of experience in securities lending and derivatives, along with fluency in English and German. The position offers a hybrid work model with a base salary range of CHF 132,000 to CHF 198,000.
