Senior Counsel - Internet / Commerce Platform

Our client is listed MNC, growing globally and with product lines that operate across e-commerce platforms (regionally).

Your role will be more aligned to that of a de-facto General Counsel with the usual autonomy, visibility and accountability often seen much later in your In-House career.

Job Description

• You will manage commercial matters which include contract negotiations, licensing, e-commerce compliance issues and day to day advisory requests.
• Non-contentious matters include product launch, marketing campaigns, market growth and sales solutions.
• You will work closely with in-country counsel and if required, manage external counsel.
