In the role of Senior Counsel, Global Supply Chain (Supply Chain Transactions, Disputes and External Manufacturing), you will provide legal support across the pharma and vaccines business on supply chain aspects of business development transactions, managing disputes with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (“CMOs”) and strategic partners as well as acting as business partner for the external manufacturing organization.
The role involves general legal support to the External Manufacturing organization, including contract negotiation with CMOs, support to the Third-Party Sales team, disputes and issues management. The role also involves directly supporting all aspects of business development transactions related to Global Supply Chain, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing manufacturing and supply agreements and other transaction documents, updating business stakeholders and handling the escalation of issues within Legal and Compliance and the bus...
