Senior/ Cost Manager (Large-scale infrastructure)

We are seeking a Senior/ Cost Manager to join our team as client-side commercial and QS consultant for a design and build (turnkey) project. You will be responsible for delivering full QS services across the project lifecycle, from pre-contract tendering through to post-contract cost control and final account closure.

What you'll be doing

• Provide QS services including contract administration, procurement and claim management to all contractors
• Monitor and control project cash flow to ensure effective cost management throughout the project
• During the pre-contract stage, evaluate potential bidders and extend tender invitations, draft RFQs, and prepare and issue tender packages and contracts for all works
• Handle and supervise the full tender process, including tender briefings, clarifications, interviews, evaluation and assessment, through to tender award
