Senior Cost Estimating & Analysis Supervisor

Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a professional to prepare cost estimates for new programs and modifications to existing products. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to fulfill cost requests, ensuring informed decisions for Operations and Commercial leadership.

The ideal candidate is an Industrial Engineer with strong financial understanding, advanced Excel skills, and experience in the Automotive industry. Excellent English proficiency is mandatory.
