Senior Corporate Governance Counsel — Remote 40%

SIX Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Governance Counsel to strengthen corporate governance across its international group. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of corporate governance experience in Spain and involves collaborating with legal teams in Switzerland and Spain to improve governance standards and processes.

You will assist in Board meeting preparations, provide governance advice, and create governance templates. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong attention to detail and effective collaboration skills.
