Your Impact
**In this role, you will**:
- Transactional Support: Provide legal counsel to Mexican sales teams, including drafting and negotiating contracts for direct customers and channel partners (e.g., software licenses, XaaS, cloud agreements, and alliance contracts).
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales management, providing practical, business-focused legal guidance that aligns with Cisco's priorities.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex business and legal issues through clear, actionable advice.
