Our client, a well-established and growing real estate development company based in Vancouver, is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA-designated accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants exposure to complex corporate accounting, financial reporting, and multi-entity operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting working papers.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
