Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and verify quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgetary proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works.
- Monitor, control, and review project budgets to ensure effective cost management and alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and review monthly Budget Summary Reports, analyze cost variances, and provide recommendations to improve project profitability.
- Evaluate, verify, and certify subcontractors’ progress claims in accordance with contract requirements and actual site progress.
- Prepare, review, and submit progress claims to clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment collection.
- Administer and manage Variation Orders (VOs), including cost evaluation, negotiation, documentation, and submission to clients for approval.
