Responsibilities
- CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool process ownership and use advocacy
- Enterprise Capabilities Contract Management Team oversight
- Intercompany contracting tracking and reporting
- Intercompany form management/T&C refinement/Legal interface
- Approval Matrix development and refinement
- Transfer Pricing management, including rate development, analysis, billing coordination, and process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Transfer pricing experience will be considered positively
- Intercompany/internal contracting experience related to service-based organizations will be considered positively
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- C1 or greater CEFR score, or equivalent English proficiency
