Ziina is building the consumer financial platform for the Middle East. They started as the UAE's first SVF-licensed P2P wallet and are now expanding into a full-stack consumer finance product: subscriptions, cards, and payments, for a region of 400M+ people where financial access and trust are still being defined.
Content is now at the center of their next chapter. As they shift from B2B to consumer, the words on the screen — every label, error message, onboarding flow, and notification — need to earn the trust of people managing their money. That's what this role is about.
Please keep in mind that the role is based in the UAE. Relocation is supported.
What you are expected to doSet the foundation others build on. That starts with auditing existing content and terminology, and continues with building a systematic approach to how Ziina speaks with customers.
