Responsibilities
- Workday system implementation projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to optimize human capital management processes
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of consulting experience in HR Technology Project Implementations and/or Technology Services Support
- Experience in implementing Workday HCM; Talent or Compensation certification is essential
- Proficiency in English
