Role Purpose:
The Senior Consultant delivers high-impact consulting, training and advisory services to aviation organisations, helping clients strengthen safety risk management capability and organisational performance.
The role leads complex client engagements, manages consulting projects and contributes to the development of Baines Simmons’ consulting propositions, products and services aligned with the SMARRT MAP framework.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead consulting projects and programmes to address client safety risk management challenges and organisational improvement priorities.
· Define project scope, delivery plans, milestones and resource requirements to ensure effective and profitable delivery of consulting engagements.
