Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern platform architectures with a strong understanding of RedHat OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, and automation at scale.
- Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the RedHat solution.
- Understand industry practices and RedHat’s policies, procedures, and values; act as a trusted advisor to technical RedHat and customer resources; consider customer culture and organizational context in design and delivery and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Support technical pre‑sales efforts, workshops, and proofs of concept by bringing business context and value‑first thinking.
